About 600 tourists are stranded due to rain at St. Martin’s island while 350 people of St. Martins are stranded at Teknaf as water transport was unavailable. Tourists at Kuakata and Mongla faced the same fate.The highest rainfall was recorded 62mm at Chandpur from since 6 am Saturday till 6 am today while it was recorded 15 mm at Dhaka.The maritime ports along with the bay of Cox’s Bazar have been asked to hoist cautionary signal no. 3.
